The Refuge Network

The Refuge Network provides services to victims of domestic violence, including safe housing at the Black Dog Hill Shelter.  Our crisis line is answered 24 hours a day.  The belief that no one deserves to be abused guides all programs.

Family Pathways Thrift Stores transform community donations of gently used clothing and household goods into financial support for the social service programs provided in local communities. Stores offer “shopping with a mission.”  Caring shoppers find good value while supporting the local community and being mindful of the environment.   We operate 9 local Thrift Stores in the communities of Cambridge, Forest Lake, Hinckley, Isanti, Pine City, Rush City, Princeton, St. Croix Falls (WI), and Wyoming.
