Family Pathways Thrift Stores transform community donations of gently used clothing and household goods into financial support for Family Pathways Food Shelves, Youth Services, and Senior Services. Stores offer “shopping with a mission.” Caring shoppers find good value while supporting the local community and being mindful of the environment. Stores provide volunteers meaningful ways to serve their communities, promote recycling, and minimize the number of items that go into landfills. Family Pathways operates nine Thrift Stores throughout our service area.
Thrift Stores impacted our communities for the good by turning 86,980 donations of clothing, books, and household goods into 1.4 million dollars of support for Food Shelves, Senior Services, and Youth Services.
Store volunteers contributed 25,708 hours of meaningful service in their local communities.
The Family Pathways St. Croix Thrift Store relocated to a larger, more modern facility, resulting in an increase in sales. The Thrift Store shares this facility with the St. Croix Food Shelf, providing greater efficiency.
Princeton Thrift Store expanded by 40%, resulting in a 15,000 square foot sales floor. The Princeton Thrift Store shares this facility with the Teen Center.
Stores kept over 2 million pounds of product from landfills.
