Family Pathways' mission is to work with communities to develop supportive, caring relationships to help people meet their basic needs.
We do this by:
Helping people identify and build upon their inherent strengths
Helping people find and use sources of assistance
Working with other community organizations to strengthen the network of support services
Helping community members weave a stronger fabric of support for their neighbors
Coordinating community volunteer resources
Our core values are:
Honor the dignity and potential in every person
Help people develop the personal relationships and interdependence essential to their well-being
Continuously improve our organizations' effectiveness by learning about the impact of our programs and the changing needs of our communities
Be creative and resourceful in solving problems
Be responsible stewards of our communities' resources
Building Stronger Communities One Person at a Time
All of us, staff and volunteers alike at Family Pathways, take great pride in this grassroots, community-based agency. We want to share a little about the services we provide. Family Pathways changes people's lives by:
providing non-medical senior services, including advocacy, companionship and respite care, to seniors 60 and over so they may continue to live independently in their own homes.
providing hope and nourishment to adults and children in crisis with our food shelves and community advocacy program.
building awareness and sensitivity in youth and their families with our youth services programs.
We serve the counties of Chisago, Isanti, Pine, Kanabec, and Mille Lacs in Minnesota and Polk County, Wisconsin.
