Did you know the food pyramid is now a plate?
This plate takes the guesswork out of what to eat and is an easy ‘how-to’ for making good food choices. The new symbol for healthy eating replaces the food pyramid and is divided into the basic food groups: fruits, vegetables, grains, protein, and a small side of dairy. The design is very straightforward and a reminder to focus on eating a healthy balance. Check out Family Pathways' preferred food list to help when making your donation!
